This system utilizes direct combustion to deeply treat exhaust gases with high VOC concentrations, especially those containing corrosive components. The heat released from the oxidation of the exhaust gas itself can sustain the oxidation reaction, causing the organic substances to be oxidized at high temperatures. After treatment, the VOCs emission concentration is less than 5mg/Nm3. The high-temperature exhaust gas generated can be recovered for heat utilization through a waste heat boiler. The main equipment includes the direct-fired furnace, burner, fan, buffer tank, and safety system.
