The catalytic oxidation unit is used for the deep treatment of tail gas containing VOCs. It utilizes the catalytic effect of the catalyst to reduce the reaction temperature of organic substances, allowing the organic gas components to be oxidized at a lower temperature. After treatment, the VOCs emission concentration is lower than 5mg/Nm3. The main equipment includes heat exchangers, heaters, catalytic reactors, fans, buffer tanks, and safety systems.
